Our story
scoopvoxly started with a simple observation: Singaporeans have excellent baseline protection through MediShield Life, but choosing the right Integrated Shield Plan on top of it was often confusing, slow, and full of fine print that nobody had time to read.
We set out to build a health insurer that explains itself clearly, settles claims quickly, and treats every policyholder like a person rather than a case number. Today, scoopvoxly supports individuals, couples, and families across Singapore with plans that scale from essential cover to comprehensive private hospital protection.
Every plan we offer is reviewed by our in-house team of underwriters and claims specialists, and every policyholder has access to a real advisor who can explain their coverage in plain English, Mandarin, or Malay.
